RS Clemens-Bretano plus_roofing work Roofing work extension building RS Clemens-Brentano plus The entire building is planned as a reinforced concrete frame construction using in-situ concrete. The building is founded on bored piles and a floor slab Waterproof concrete of 40cm. The load-bearing external walls/columns or wall panels are planned in in-situ concrete. The visible outer shell consists partly of a post-and-beam construction with closed and glazed areas; some areas have curtains Sheet metal cladding. A green facade is also being built in sections on the west side. The ceilings are planned as point/individual columns and line-supported flat ceilings in in-situ concrete. A grid acoustic ceiling with fleece-backed is required for the installation level Mineral slabs planned. The flat roofs are planned as warm roofs with pressure-resistant thermal insulation as gradient insulation and foil sealing.
