INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Rotary Switches
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Contracting Office (Code 400) provides this notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for Rotary Switches purchased from DRS; Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only source authorized to provide the required equipment parts.
This acquisition is being processed as a sole source award under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), which allows for solicitation from a single source when circumstances deem only one source reasonably available. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared to support this determination.
