Rostock Offshore Quarter 50Hertz Offshore GmbH is building the “Rostock Offshore Quartier (ROQ)” at the Rostock-Warnemünde location as a central operational, administrative and logistics location for the planning, control, monitoring and supply of the Offshore grid systems in the Baltic Sea. The construction project includes the construction of an administration building with an integrated garage, a warehouse with associated social, technical and logistics areas as well as the construction of all outdoor facilities, Traffic areas, development facilities and technical infrastructure. In the future, the location will take on central tasks of operational management, maintenance and supply of 50Hertz's offshore grid connections. Accordingly, there are increased requirements in terms of operational safety, availability, security technology, durability and the long-term flexibility of use of the buildings. The tender is based on the planning documents for service phases 2 to 5 including all Specialist planning, calculations, evidence, concepts, systems and detailed planning.
