Roofing work Roof sealing work including plumbing work in the existing building is being tendered as part of the funding measure for the Rennbahn Hoppegarten - main grandstand at Goetheallee 1, 15366 Hoppegarten. The subject of the award is construction work as part of the funding measure for the Hoppegarten racetrack - main grandstand at Goetheallee 1, 15366 Hoppegarten. The measure includes the structural repair, adaptation and partial renewal of the existing main stand. The work is done predominantly in existing buildings and in coordination with trades carried out in parallel. This tender covers waterproofing and plumbing work on the main stand, including replacement of roof coverings, flashings, flashings and drainage elements. The gently sloping roofs (up to 10°) as well as the steeper roofs of the stairwells and display boards will be partially repaired or completely replaced. The roof renovation is carried out with two-layer polymer bitumen roof waterproofing. Additionally Fall protection will be installed, new RWA openings will be created and stairwell 1 will be provided with a new reinforced concrete roof structure and a roof exit.
