Roofing and plumbing work Roofing and plumbing work The client is planning a restructuring, general renovation and expansion of the Rheingauschule in Geisenheim for several components. The execution takes place in components B, F, C and D. egg Component B is a three-story reinforced concrete frame building with a basement and a flat roof. As part of the planned measure, the building will be extensively renovated. With component F, a three-story new building is being created Partial basement extension to component B. This is designed as a solid construction, with concrete + masonry. Components C and D are single-story pavilions in solid construction with pitched roofs. The roofing and plumbing work is in accordance with the Execution plans, the static and building physics requirements as well as the recognized rules of technology. All connections to adjacent components as well as the integration of the roof drainage are permanently tight and functional to produce.
