The aim of the measure is to improve the building envelope and renew it the technical building equipment to ensure sustainable and economical operations. The renovation includes in particular the insulation of roof surfaces and basement ceilings, the replacement of all window and door elements as well as the Facade insulation in accordance with current energy requirements. In addition, the heat supply will be converted to a combination of heat pump and renewable district heating network. The subject of this advertised measure is the roofing and plumbing work on components A, B, C and E. The tendered services include the dismantling of all existing roof structures and the subsequent assembly of the new roof structures. The following services are requested in detail: Construction site equipment, construction crane, demolition work on existing roofs, scaffolding work and fall protection, roof construction, drainage, fall protection.
