Roofers, carpenters and plumbing The listed building of the University of Rostock on Parkstr. 6 will be completely renovated from July 2026. This involves adjustment work on the roof structure, repairs to the roof drainage, brackets for the PV system, Insulation of the top floor ceiling and repair work on the painted zinc sills necessary. This essentially includes: -Creation of a temporary roof opening -Rafter reinforcement for PV and for ventilation grilles -Assembling a UK for a PV system -Assembly of safety devices such as climbing steps, standing grids, anchor points, rails for rope safety systems -Delivery and installation of 14 on-site ventilation grilles and a smoke shaft -Insertion of 14 feedthroughs TGA vents -Zinc window sills refinishing and painting -Revise roof drainage The listed building of the University of Rostock on Parkstr. 6 will be completely renovated from July 2026.
