Tender Details
The city of Marl is planning to build a new three-class primary school on Hervester Strasse as a star-shaped two-story school building and a single-story sports building. Both buildings will be constructed using timber construction on reinforced concrete foundation slabs; the sports building will have a partial baselearning.
The school building is equipped in a cluster structure with classrooms, group rooms, specialist rooms, an administration area and a cafeteria/assembly hall. The sports building houses a double-decker sports hall, a teaching swimming pool
as well as the adjoining rooms with changing and sanitary areas.

The contractor is to produce all flat roof areas as warm roofs made of vapor barrier/emergency sealing, gradient insulation layers and FPO membranes as roof seals. All necessary insulation and sealing work is required for thison all surfaces as well as all connections to edges and built-in parts that are necessary to create a completely tight roof. All roof surfaces must be secured against wind suction by applying additional loads.
The base for the roofs is the ceiling surfaces and parapet upstands made of woodz or wood materials. Roof skylights, roof hatches and technical installation parts must also be sealed in the roofs. The scope of services also includes all anchor points as well as folded metal sheets to cover the parapets and the downpipes.
