Tender Details

As part of the renovation work in Building A at the University of Konstanz, roof sealing work is required. Measure M23: The connecting bridge between Building A and Building V on level A06 will be completely renovated. The flat roof structure will be completely renewed. The demolition work will be carried out on site in advance. The base for the new structure is an on-site trapezoidal sheet metal. The work can be carried out under a weather protection roof. Measure M34: On the existing roof areas of building A, the Flat roof structures and an existing sheet metal roof were renewed. To do this, the flat roof structure must be demolished and disposed of. The demolition of a standing seam covering with bitumen cardboard containing asbestos is in accordance with DGUV Information 201-012 (TRGS 519) and the structural engineering regulations Execute procedure BT-63. The base for the new roof structure is concrete ceilings or an aerated concrete ceiling (DF04). The partial areas are between 5 and 140 m2 in size and are staggered in height at different levels. The required sheet metal work is also included in the scope, as well as the dismantling and reassembly of safety railings and escape route stairs. The work will be carried out during ongoing university operations.
