Roof sealing work The new fire station, together with the existing garages, the vehicle hall and the network control room, forms a four-sided fire department campus. The single-story fire station with no basement is divided into a higher and a lower level low part. The higher vehicle hall, with 11 emergency vehicles, opens onto the campus and the alarm exit to the side. As an extension of the vehicle hall, the training room forms the start of the building. The lower part of the building takes the changing rooms with showers and SW area, workshops, respiratory protection care, storage and ancillary rooms, command center, offices, kitchen and youth fire brigade. The technical center is located on the roof and allows for short technical connections Building equipment. The building and TGA meet the requirements of KFW 40. The size is L/W/H: approx. 90/25/6.60m, the FWH is supplemented by a 17m high training tower made of exposed concrete. The fire station is based on a gravel base layer with a 30cm load-bearing layer WU sole, using the quinting process, and all-round frost apron. The bottom of the remaining cellars of the warehouse building, the switch house and the office building will be built over. Exterior and interior walls are made of KS Planstein, ceilings of the lower component Reinforced concrete. The higher component has a steel supporting structure with F30 coating, the roof made of trapezoidal sheet metal, and walls made of STB partially prefabricated parts.
