The subject of the procurement is a modular roll-to-roll (R2R) laboratory lamination system Encapsulation of highly sensitive thin-film materials and flexible components. The device must allow flexible mechanical integration into existing R2R processing lines on a laboratory scale and be designed for a web width of at least 200 mm. A high-precision web tension control as well as adjustable setting rollers for precise film guidance are absolutely necessary. The system must support the processing of pressure-sensitive adhesives and UV-curing adhesives.
