The subject of procurement is an automated cleaning system for removing degradation products on metallic materials. The partially degraded metallic samples are cleaned in three steps with an aqueous chrome (VI) acid solution, purest water and ethanol. TheSystem must be safe with regard to avoiding hazardous substance exposure, programmable, user -friendly and suitable for various sample geometries.

3. Technical (minimum) requirements

- Safety requirements:
- Connection to existing exhaust system or integrated suction.
- No direct contact of the operating personnel with chrome acid.contained, for chrome acid, pure water and ethanol minimum volume 5 ml.
- programmable immersion times and movements (e.g. up and off).in separate waste containers (minimum volume 1l).
- sample handling:
- automatic transport of the samples between stations.
- intake of at least 12, ideally 24 samples at the same time, whereby the samples are immersed in the washing container for a defined time...
