Road transport with curtainsider trucks from DE to UA - the goods to be transported are delivered pre-picked to a transshipment warehouse defined by the service provider. The trucks must be utilized to the best possible extent. The delivery is planned by the Freight forwarder in coordination with GIZ. Sufficient capacities and resources must be available for this. Lot 1: Road transport from DE to UA - The transports are carried out as International Technical Assistance and as such to Ukraine introduced. Import customs clearance is carried out centrally by a customs broker commissioned by GIZ. - Delivery addresses and final destinations may be changed at short notice due to changes in the situation in Ukraine. Generally: - Envelope and if necessary. Interim storage for up to one week (costs for longer storage times due to unavailability of vehicles are the responsibility of the service provider) - Transport coordination with GIZ, the customs broker and recipients - Documentation (Issuance of the CMR) - Export customs declaration based on the documents created by GIZ - Proactive information regarding delays - Notification to the recipient according to instructions - Sending export declarations, exit notes and those signed by the recipient CMRs as proof of delivery Lot 2: Road transport DE to UA - The transports are carried out as International Technical Assistance and are imported into Ukraine as such.
