Consultant title: Local Governance Consultant Place of assignment: Morondava, Madagascar Duration: 3 months Estimated start date: April 1, 2024 Estimated closing date: June 30, 2024 Type of contract and Grade: Individual consultant The consultant will report directly to theChief of Party of RINDRA, will work closely with the Local Governance Specialist and the Deputy Chief of Party of the RINDRA program.
