The moving services are being tendered for the properties assigned to the Regional Infrastructure Management (RIM) Hanover with an estimated volume of 655, 462.00 net plus statutory sales tax. The estimated volume represents represents an empirical value from the calls from the past. The maximum value of the contract is €936, 000 gross. There is no obligation on the part of the BA to call. Billing is based on actual effort. The performance will be divided into 2 lots forgive. An offer can be made for one lot, several lots or all lots. Lot 1: RIM Hannover West Area The contractual relationship begins with the award (service provision from August 1st, 2026 at the earliest) and ends at the end of April 30th, 2030, without termination is required. A written termination option with a notice period of 8 months is agreed for both parties on April 30, 2028. The parties are free to decide regarding the exercise of the special right of termination.
