Dear Bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for an external collaborator to carry out a service delivery mission. The selected external collaborator will provide communication support to the Laboratory innovation workshop on gender and non-discrimination (LABb), organized as part of the ACCEL Africa project. The mission consists of ensuring coverage and promotion of the event before, during and after its holding, through the production of content high quality communication. The deliverables will notably include 3 podcasts in French lasting 10 minutes, twenty (20) publications for social networks, a bank of fifty (50) professional photographs accompanied by captions, 3 30-second teaser video, a 2.5-minute institutional video, as well as a summary document containing the main messages, quotes and testimonies collected during the event. The individual consultant will also ensure the photographic and audiovisual coverage, the collection of content for storytelling and the production of materials compliant with ILO communication and visual identity standards.
