The supplier will also be required to provide on-site technical support throughout all four days of the event to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the equipment.The transportation of the equipment to and from the hotel, including all associated costs, shall be the responsibility of the supplier.Interested suppliers are requested to submit their quotations, offering competitive ONE PRICE for the complete package, including: 1. Rental charges for the SMD screen and sound system for four days. 2. Installation, testing, and dismantling charges. 3. On-site technical support for all four days. 4.
