Description of the opinion: Recruitment of a cabinet for the realization of topographic studies: the objective of this mission is to carry out detailed topographic studies for 13 existing laboratories as well as the adjacent land located in 13 hospitals across Madagascar, including existing buildings. These studies will collect the geometric and altimetric data necessary for the design, rehabilitation and installation of new containerized laboratories.
