TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) FOR UNFPA OFFICE PARTITIONING WORKS, 11TH FLOOR.1. IntroductionThese Terms of Reference (ToR) outline the requirements for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of office partitioning works as per the attached BOQ, including the provision and installation of window curtain blinds and Mechanical and Electrical Installation services. The objective is to create functional, modern, and aesthetically pleasing office spaces that meet operational and safety standards.2. Scope of Works2.1 Glass Partitioning WorksThe contractor shall supply and install 12mm clear toughened/tempered frameless glass partitions in accordance with approved architectural drawings.
