United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan in the framework of the project Improving the instruments of state apparatus professionalization, public service delivery quality assurance and corruption prevention is announcing a competition for legal entities for creation of a documentary film on the effectiveness of public services in Kazakhstan.Detailed information is given in the attached Request for Proposal.Instructions: Proposals (technical and financial separately) must be submitted in a sealed envelope till 18.00 (Astana time), 15 August 2018 to the following address: Office 14 Mambetov str., Astana, 010000, Kazakhstan, addressed to Nurgul Murzagaliyeva, Procurement Associate, no later than 18:00 l.t.
