AMSA is seeking information from commercial aviation organisations that have, or could have, the necessary capability, skills and experience to provide dedicated fixed wing search and rescue services as outlined in this RFI. The schedules provide background information on current services and outline preliminary considerations and ideas for discussion with interested parties in relation to performing the Services. AMSA is seeking an outcome that will : (a) Provide an understanding of market interest, capability and options in providing services based on specifications; (b) Indicate market capacity and capability to provide these Services; (c) Understand market initiatives and improvements to the fixed wing and special mission landscape; and (d) Seek clarification on risks and potential opportunities associated with delivery of these Services.
