Ecu Is Seeking To Establish A Preferred Supplier For The Provision Of Relocation And Destination Services. Suppliers Must Demonstrate Proven Capability And Experience In Delivering High-Quality, End-To-End Relocation And Destination Support Services, Both Domestically And Internationally. The Services Will Support Senior Appointments, Employees, Visiting Academics, And Other Approved Relocatees, Including Accompanying Family Members And Pets.The Appointed Provider Will Work Directly With Relocatees To Assess Requirements, Prepare Cost Estimates For Approval, Coordinate Approved Services, And Provide Ongoing Support Throughout The Relocation Process.Services May Include, But Are Not Limited To:Employee Relocation Services:Removalist Services;Personal Effects Packing, Transport, Storage And Unpacking;Pet Relocations;Export Clearance And Consignment; Andairfares And Temporary Accommodation.Destination Services:House Search And Location Advice;School Search; Andancillary Servicesplease Note To Access The Rfp, You Must Pre-Qualify By No Later Than 02 June 2026 17:00Please Refer To The Eprocure Response Guide In The Documents Section For Guidance On Maximising Your Opportunity To Submit A Successful Response.Respondent Must Provide Responses In The Comments Field In The Online Submission Form In The Eprocure System (As Rquested), And/Or Provide No More Than Two Attachments To Each Requirement.Respondent May Be Disqualified Or Have Responses Marked Down If The Respondent Chooses To Upload A Single Document Containing All Responses To The Tender.All Respondents Are Reminded To Submit Their Responses Via The Online Form On Eprocure (Not Via Ms Word Documentation Attachment Or Email).
