Framework agreement on chemical analysis Laboratory services that are to be provided in connection with the revitalization of the Pfaff area, OEGW3.3, as part of the regulatory and development measures. To revitalize the former production site in 1999 G.M., the sewing machine manufacturer that went bankrupt Pfaff AG in Kaiserslautern, the city of Kaiserslautern has founded PFAFF-Areal-entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH Kaiserslautern (PEG). The object area within the PEG's area of ​​responsibility has one area of around 16.5 hectares and was densely built up with multi-story administration and operational buildings as well as production halls. In the course of working on the site, numerous buildings have already been dismantled or renovated, as well as soil remediation measures carried out.
