TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY IS 3 TO 7 DAYS PRICES WITHIN NATIONAL STANDARD PRICE LIST TO BE USED FOR EVALUATION. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT (INCREASE) THAN THE ONE QOUTED ONLY BIDDERS THAT ARE ABLE TO DELIVER SHOULD QOUTE. THERE SHALL BE A PENALTY FEE OF 15% OF CONTRACT VALUE FOR THOSE WHO QOUTE AND FAIL TO DELIVER.
