NOTICE OF VARIATION REQUEST PURSUANT TO ART. 24 SECOND PARAGRAPH, FIRST SENTENCE REG. CODE NAV. - PIER 38 SRL the Pier 38 s.r.l. company (with application prot. AdSP n.60399 dated 02.12.2025) requested the variation, pursuant to art. 24 second paragraph, first sentence Reg. Cod. Nav., of formal deed no. 79/24, for the closure (through glass) of a portion of the building (218 m2) approved for it, located at the Trapezoidal Pier, to position tables and chairs for the administration of food and drinks, as part of the activity carried out from the dealer. This notice is published for 30 consecutive calendar days on GURI n. 56 of 05.16.2026, in the OJEU, on the Praetorian Notice Board of the Municipality of Palermo and on the online Praetorian Notice Board of this body (www.adsppalermo.it). PLEASE NOTE THAT Everyone those who may be interested can submit, within 30 days from the date of publication on the GURI, observations and/oppositions and/or competing applications, in accordance with the Internal Regulations for the use of maritime state-owned areas, warning that once the established deadline has passed, the higher proceedings will be initiated.
