The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organisation

established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of South Sudan Emergency Response, the IOM invites interested eligible service Provider to submit Quotations for the Rental of Trucks for the transport of Non Food Items (NFIs) and Shelter & WASH Materials to the following destination
The Transport Service Provider need to make the vehicle available fully fueled, on on-call basis, 24/7 including weekends and official holidays for a period of one year from the date of agreement contract signing.
The service Provider need to assign one or more staff member to ensure he implementation of the agreement, in particular dealing with issues related to deployment of buses and trucks, briefing drivers and co drivers.
The Bids shall contain information on the following a.) cost per vehicle/destination, b.) track record and experience of the firm in similar assignment including list of major clients served and c) other relevant information including number of vehicles with corresponding model year in the fleet.
With this RFQ is the GIS which include the Instructions to Suppliers, Technical

Specifications and administrative requirements that Suppliers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their quotation for consideration by IOM as well as a list of potential locations for provision of services.
