Dear Madam, Sir, The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) invites your company to submit an offer (Quotation) for the services described in Annex I (TOR).The following documents are hereto attached:Annex I - Terms of ReferenceAnnex II - Price FormAnnex III - ITU Supplier Registration FormAnnex IV - ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and GoodsAnnex V - Bidder's Eligibility and Integrity Declaration FormInformation to Bidders:1. By replying to this Request for Quotation the Bidder accepts ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and Goods.2. This invitation is not to be construed in any way as a proposal to contract your Company.3. Bidders are requested to hold their offers valid for 90 days from the closing date of the RFQ.4. Offers should preferably be in Swiss Francs. If submitted in another currency, ITU will convert using the prevailing UN exchange rate.5. Payment will be made to the supplier within 30 days from receipt by ITU of all deliverables mentioned in the TOR. No advance payment will be required.6. ITU will not be responsible for any bank service charges.7. ITU reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer.8. Hand-written, incomplete offers or offers which do not comply with any or our tender conditions will not be considered.9.
