Equally, time‑management skills play a critical role in enabling staff to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and maintain productivity in fast‑paced environments. This training aims to strengthen the problem‑solving and time‑management capabilities of IOM personnel by equipping them with practical tools to analyze challenges, structure their work, and make informed decisions. By building these competencies, the training supports IOM-s broader objectives of enhancing organizational performance and ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery.The required services involve designing and delivering a comprehensive training curriculum tailored to the needs of key target groups, including Chiefs of Mission (CoMs), Resource Management Officers (RMOs), and all IOM staff member.
