Description of RequirementThe International Labour Organization (ILO) invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit quotations for the provision of meeting venue, catering and audio-visual services for a meeting scheduled for 18 November 2026 in Karachi, Pakistan.2. Event DetailsDate: 18 November 2026Meeting time: 1000 1500 hoursNumber of participants: 80 90 personsSeating arrangement: Round-table arrangement3. Venue OptionsThe service provider shall quote for the provision of services under either of the following venue arrangements:Option 1: Hotel VenueA suitable hotel in Karachi with valid UNDSS security clearance, offering a meeting hall accommodating 80 90 participants in a round-table arrangement.The quotation shall include the meeting hall, catering, audio-visual equipment and all other associated services required for the event.Option 2: ILO Office, KarachiThe meeting may alternatively be held at the ILO Office in Karachi, subject to confirmation of venue availability. Under this option, the vendor shall provide the required catering, drinking water, audio-visual equipment and technical support. Meeting hall rental shall not be applicable under this option.4.
