The Office in Brazil of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), created on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly1, invites qualified service providers to present a firm budget for the establishment of a service to provide an operationalized simulation model applied to optimizing the length of stay of refugees and migrants in shelters. The type of contract resulting from this notice will be a Service Contract with fixed prices and valid during the entire term of the Agreement.
