Description : The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and Women`s Empowerment (UN Women) is seeking quotes for the study and follow-up of the reorganization work of the new UN Women`s Office in the Republic of Cte d`Ivoire as described in Annex 1 of this Request for Quotation.

1. In order to prepare a relevant offer, you must carefully review and understand the contents of the following documents:

a. This letter ofInvitation and Quote Instructions Sheet (FID)

b. Terms of Reference (TOR) (Annex 1)

c. The Quote Submission Form and the Quote Format (Annex 2)

d. UN General Conditions of Contract (GCC) (Annex 3)

e. Voluntary Agreement (Annex 4)

f. The Model Contract (Annex 5)

g. Eligibility Criteria (Annex 6)

1. The quote must be submitted in closed envelopes to the current office of UN Women Cte d`Ivoire located at 2pla7lanche waterside street L173 not far from the cafe of Versailles.

2. The contract will be awarded to the supplier after having submitted a quotation representing the best value for money, that is to say having the cheapest price and being in conformity with the proposed criteria. The following aspects will be taken into consideration for the evaluation;

i. Relevance of approach and methodology, including provider`s ability to provide services.
