Request your best offer free of taxes for the translation of different documents from English to Portugese for our HIV Section. Documents concerned are zipped files and attached to this tender in UNGM documents tab.

Your quote for the translation of the set of documents must include the following details:

billing unit (word, page)

the total amount for each billing unit

the unit price, for each billing unit

the billing currency should be in USD

the total amount in USD

the delivery time of the translated document once the order has been confirmed,

the validity period of your offer for 90 days.

NB: for each document, please provide a quote with billing unit per word and a quote with billing unit per page separately.

Possibility of splitting the order:

Given the large number of documents to be translated and the delay in need of some of them we may have to distribute them among several translators to meet some of our imperatives. In case you do not accept part of the quantity object of your quote please specify it on your offer.
