Higher Education Commission, Pakistan Intends to Hire Engineering Consultancy Firms for Planning, Designing and Detailed Supervision of the Following Assignment: ? Construction of it Training/Network Academy and Office Building, Equipped with all Modern Building Facilities of International Standards, with Covered Area of Approx. 45, 000 Sq.Ft. 2. the Interested Consultancy Firms Must have a Valid Pec Registration and Must be on Active Tax Payers List of Fbr. 3. Method of Selection will be Quality and Cost Based, as Specified in the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010 (Separate Sealed Envelope for Technical and Financial Proposals). 4.
