The representation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Algeria invites skilled travel agencies to submission for the establishment of one or more framework contracts relating to the supply of travel services (ticket offices and related services) On behalf of the UNHCR. The framework contracts will be of an initial duration of two (2) years, possibly extensible for a new period of one (1) year for the supply of travel services. The bidders selected will be invited to maintain their prices offered for the duration of the contract (s). The terms of references (TDR) are detailed in Annex A of this document. Note that the annual volumes of travel expenses set out in the 'Annex A are provided as an indication and can in no case be interpreted as an enclosure on the part of the UNHCR to buy tickets of this value. Volumes may vary and depend on the real needs of the UNHCR and the available funds regulated by the issue of individual orders by referring to the framework contract.
