WHO is requesting a detailed price offer for the organization of a meeting scheduled for April 24-25, 2026. We are looking for a hotel that can meet the following needs: coffee breaks, lunch, mineral water, as well as rental of a meeting room equipped with audiovisual equipment.Please find below the specific details to include in your offer for the seminar room:· Number of participants expected in the room: 20 people for both days· Coffee break morning: to be served at 10:30 a.m. during both days· Lunch: buffet scheduled at 1:00 p.m. for 20 people during both days· Mineral water: 10 bottles for each half dayRental of the meeting room: A spacious and spacious room well equipped, able to accommodate all participants in round table configuration. Audiovisual equipment: video projector, screen, Flip Chart, microphones, notepads, pens, and high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection Assistance: presence of a IT specialist at the start of the meeting Accommodation: Half-board accommodation for 6 people from April 24 to 25, 2026 and two people from April 23 to 26, 2026.
