WHO is requesting a detailed price offer for the organization of a meeting scheduled for April 6 to 8, 2026. We are looking for a hotel that can meet the following needs: coffee breaks, lunch, mineral water, as well as rental of a meeting room equipped with audiovisual equipment. Please find below the specific details to include in your offer for the seminar room: · Number of participants expected in the room: 40 people for the three days Morning coffee break: to be served at 10:30 a.m. during the three days· Simple afternoon coffee break: to be served at 3:30 p.m. during the three days· Lunch: buffet scheduled at 1:00 p.m. for 40 people during the three days Mineral water: two bottles of mineral water (1L each) per table*Rental of the meeting room: a spacious and well-equipped room, capable of accommodating all participants, as well as two breakout rooms.*Audiovisual equipment: video projector, screen, 3 flip chart, microphones, notepads, pens, and high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection* Assistance: presence of an IT specialist at the start of the meeting We would also like to receive your tax-free offer, as well as the amount guaranteed minimum, if applicable.
