The Procurement Regulatory Authority Of Zimbabwe Establised In Terms Of Section 5 Of The Public Procurement And Disposal Of Public Assets Act ( Chapter 22:23) Invites Reputable Companies Intertesd In Development An Online Supplier Registration Portal And Procument Data Base For Procument Regulatory Authority Of Zimbabwe (Praz)
The Project Involves The Design And Development Of An Online Supplier Registration System And Procurement Database For Praz. The System Shall Include An Online Payment System (Through Visa Cards, Moblie Money Etc), Design Of A Secure Supplier Registration Certificate And Automated Email/sms Updates
The Minimum Criteria For Shortlisting Shall Include, But Not Limited To The Following:-
I) Consulting Firms Must Be Registered With Praz In Terms Of Section 4 Of The Public Procument And Disposal Of Public Assets Regulations S.i.5 Of 2018
Ii) A Minimum Of 2 Traceable Web-based Software Development Project Of Similar Magnitude (Provide Links Of Teh Sites)
Iii) Proven Experience Of In Use Of The Following Tools -php, Joomla, Dreamweaver, Html5, Css3, Dhml, java, mysql, Vb Script Or Java Script Etc
The Request For Proposal Shall Be Issued To Only Three Shorlisted Compnaies
The Expression Of Interest Shall Close On 8 Th May 2018 At : 10.00 Hours
