Lots: Repair/manufacture of windows and/or components for them - Replacement of sealing rubber and adjustment of plastic (PVC) windows. Description of the service The Contractor is obliged to conduct a full technical inspection of existing plastic (PVC) windows, perform replacing worn sealing rubber bands with new ones, as well as adjusting window fittings. Scope of work performed Number of windows - 90 pcs.; Area of one window - 2.4 m²; Total area - 220 m². List of work to be performed Complete dismantling of the old sealing rubber. Cleaning the grooves of the PVC profile from dust, dirt and remnants of the old seal. Installing new high-quality sealing rubber made of EPDM material or equivalent in quality and technical characteristics. Replacing all seals the perimeter of the window frame and sash. Adjustment of window fittings (hinges, locking mechanisms, clamping elements). Checking the opening and closing of windows, uniform pressure and tightness. Elimination of identified minor faults by adjustment without use of additional materials. Cleaning the workplace and removing generated waste after completion of work.
