Tender Details

The subject of the order is the execution of a task in the design and build system, including the design and execution - after prior dismantling of the old stair platforms of the external vertical elevator and the internal stair platform in the School building Primary No. 47 named after Jzef Lompa with the Integration Departments in Katowice, which is part of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 3. THE SCOPE OF THE ORDER INCLUDES: I. development of construction and executive design documentation together with obtaining a building permit or reporting construction works (design documentation), II. execution of construction works that are the subject of design documentation (work implementation). Construction works will be performed on the basis of design documentation prepared in accordance with applicable technical and construction regulations, hygiene and sanitary regulations and regulations regarding the adaptation of design solutions for people with disabilities. The detailed description of the order is set out in: Functional and utility program constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, constituting an integral part of the SWZ.
