Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the square. Chopin in Nowy Tomyl in two main stages, the first of which is the development of the concept.2. The documentation should be prepared on the basis of the architectural and construction concept constituting an annex to the procedure, allowing for changes resulting from arrangements with the Ordering Party and the relevant conservator of monuments. The contractor is obliged to prepare at least 8 shots of external visualization (including a view from the level of a passer-by - 5 shots and a bird's eye view - 3 shots). The visualization must take into account the functional layout square, arrangement of alleys, greenery and small architecture in relation to neighboring buildings or streets and all other key functional zones of the square. 3. As part of the contractual remuneration, the contractor is also obliged to exercise author's supervision within the scope referred to in Art. 20 section 1 point 4 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 1 to this ToR.
