Replacement new sports center in Börßum - planning service for technical building equipment A replacement sports center is planned for the local community of Börßum in the Oderwald municipality. Due to changed flood situations in the northern Harz foothills, The current sports center in Börßum is located within the flood protection area and has already been flooded several times. The planned replacement building is to be built on the same property, but outside the flood protection area. The New building has been approved with approx. 600 m² NUF 1-7, including traffic areas. The existing preliminary design of the new building envisages two areas of use: Area A with - Meeting rooms with partitions - Gastronomic area Area B with - Changing rooms with Sanitary area including barrier-free sanitary and Changing area - Toilet facilities for guests and visitors - Storage rooms for sports equipment and for property maintenance - Referee room - Office space for club work The draft for the architect's planning is already exists. The planning of the technical building equipment must be carried out from service phase 2.
