Westfälisch-Lippische Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (hereinafter referred to as: WLV) is implementing the new construction project at Urbanstrasse 10 in Münster (Bahnhofsviertel) as a replacement building for two existing buildings. The construction site on Urbanstrasse includes three Existing buildings (A, B, C). Building parts B and C were demolished and will be replaced by modern administrative buildings and a two-story underground car park. It is attached to component A to be preserved. The 6, 135 m² large and for the replacement building The proposed property is bordered on three sides by Achtermannstrasse, Von-Vincke-Str. and Urbanstrasse. There are neighboring buildings in the southern and northern areas of the property. The replacement building covers a floor area of around 2, 070 m² a gross floor area of around 15, 818m². The gross volume is approx. 61, 936m². The entire building should have an elemental curtain wall as prefabricated wood sandwich elements with ceramic elements as facade cladding, ventilated, and insulation Preserved construction level. The sun protection is integrated into the element facade. The project is to be certified DGNB Gold Standard. The WLV will rent the building to the LWL.
