Replacement new bridge “Altenburger Straße” (BW09) in Borna Traffic planning in accordance with Sections 45 ff. in conjunction with Appendix 13 HOAI Services are commissioned in accordance with Section 45 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 13.1 HOAI via LPH 1 to 9. The client sees a step-by-step commissioning before. LPH 1 to 4 are commissioned first. Ordering LPH 5 to 9 is optional. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of services beyond service phases 1 to 4. Identify any required ones Subcontractors for the respective subject of the order informally. The awarding authority reserves the right to request additional suitability documents. According to the contract, the contractor must provide the following services as part of the 1st stage: 1. Basic services: To be provided The contractor is responsible for service phases 1 to 4 of Section 47 Paragraph 1 HOAI. The basic services must be carried out in accordance with Annex 13.1 HOAI to Section 47 Paragraph 2 and Section 48 Paragraph 5 for these service phases listed.
