The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is pleased to invite you to submit an quotation in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ 1243-16) for the replacement of essential surface instrumentation at the 5 nominated GCOS Surface Network (GSN) stations and selected Regional Basic Climate Network (RBCN) stations in Chad, Africa (GCOS)
The instruments will be limited to those for temperature (air, dew-point and extremes) and rainfall, including any consumables and necessary infrastructure, as these are the mandatory measured variables for the GSN stations
