Lots: Work on current repairs of elevators/elevator shafts - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Name of work: replacement of door drives on 2 (two) elevators. List of work to be performed 1. Dismantling of existing faulty door drives on 2 elevators. 2. Supply of 2 (two) new door drives - 1 set each for each elevator. 3. Installation and connection of new door drives to elevator control systems. 4. Adjustment of door opening and closing mechanisms. 5. Configuration and adjustment of door drives. 6. Checking the interaction of door drives with elevator control systems. 7. Carrying out commissioning work. 8. Checking the operation of both elevator doors in all intended modes. 9. Adjustment and launch of elevators after completion of work. 10. Conducting test runs and checking the serviceability and safety of equipment. 11. Putting 2 (two) elevators into operation after successful completion of commissioning work. Result of the work The installed door drives must ensure smooth, reliable and safe opening and closing of the doors of both elevators and interact correctly with the elevator control systems. Warranty The warranty period is 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the work completion certificate. Guarantee applies to installed door drives and the quality of installation and commissioning work performed, subject to compliance with the operating requirements of the equipment.
