Replacement construction of the Pliensau Bridge in Esslingen am Neckar, dismantling work and new construction - Demolition, dismantling and separation work on and above a federal shipping route using floating equipment and lifting equipment with shore-based support. Special Limitations due to the complicated manufacturing history of the existing construction. - Deep foundations with large bored piles that reach into the groundwater. - Production of a geometrically and statically complicated, approx. 70 m long pedestrian bridge including a stair tower and approx. 100 m long access ramp as an integral steel structure. - Static-structural connection and foundation of the new bridge on or in the immediate vicinity of existing structures, including adjustments there. - Transport and assembly of large prefabricated Steel parts above/from the water using floating devices and lifting gear, taking into account statically relevant construction conditions and the interests of the federal waterway and the neighboring DB railway systems. - Integration of management work Stadtwerke Esslingen in the construction process.
