In the rental property of the Federal Real Estate Agency (Berlin Directorate) in Alt-Moabit 101c, 10559 Berlin on the 5th and 6th floors, the polluted ceiling tiles must be replaced. Of the works, the office, meeting and Copy rooms as well as sanitary areas and tea kitchens are affected. The work will be carried out in three phases, according to the attached schedule. The affected rooms and corridors will be closed to business operations. Before removing the ceiling tiles In the hallways, installations such as lighting, ventilation plates, smoke alarms and motion detectors are temporarily secured to the ceiling substructure on site, as these are necessary for ongoing service operations. The hallway width is Average 1.58 m. The furniture remains in the office rooms during work. The new ceiling tiles are installed during ongoing operations by temporarily blocking rooms for the installation of the ceiling tiles. The installation of the ceiling tiles in in the corridors takes place during ongoing business operations. Storage space for materials is only available to a limited extent (for daily material requirements).
