Tender Details

A contract is concluded between the client and the contractor for a total contract period of 60 months. An extension option for a further 12 months (72 months in total) is also part of the contract. After completion of the initial rollout in Appendix 2 For the systems defined in the price and criteria catalogue, rental agreements are concluded for a refinancing period of 30 months. After these 30 months, these systems are valid until the end of the 60th month + if applicable The contracted extension option of 12 months is to be made available to the client rent-free. This applies analogously to all systems reordered up to and including the 30th month. From the 31st month of the contract, all systems to be reordered will be delivered by the client bought. The systems for teaching and research are always purchased by the client.
