Tenders are invited for Repairs and Maintenance at the Sedgefield Water Works House Karawater Ruigtevlei,

Replace All the Gutters and Down Pipes Around the House

Replace All (Six) Air-Bricks Above Windows

Pre-Pare, Clean and Poly Fill All Outside Walls, Prime and Repaint

Fix Holes on Roof and Re-Paint the Whole Roof

Replace Both Kitchen and Front Doors (Included with Locks). Kitchen

Door to be the Same as the One Being Replace.

Replace Basin and Basin Cupboard Including All Plumbing in the Kitchen

Tile Bathroom, Passage, Living Room and Kitchen

Pre-Pare, Clean and Poly Fill All Inside Walls, Prime and Repaint

Replace Ceiling in the Kitchen and Bathroom and Paint

Replace Three Broken Windows. 1 in the Kitchen, 1 Living Room and 1 in

the Bathroom

Clean and Re-Paint All the Ceiling in the House

Make Good Beam between Living Room and Passage

Replace Geyser and Toilet and Correct All Plumbing in Bathroom

Scrub and Paint All Window Frames. Replace Putty at All Windows

Ensure All Plumbing in 100% Working Order

Repair All Door and Window Frames and Ensure 100% Working Order

Install Outside Light

Install New Electrical Plug in Bedroom 3.

Ensure that All Electrical is in 100% Working Order. COC to be Provided

Remove All Debris from Site and Make Good.
