Tender Details

As part of the repair of all 5 pumps of the Uelzen pumping station, the pump 5 including the locking flap is repaired with this measure. After more than 40 years of operation, basic components of the pump are graded and must be refurbished or renewed. The pump was removed from operation in 2023 due to a warehouse damage and dismantled and assessed as part of an order order. For environmental reasons, the lubrication system for pump wing is also converted on Thordon. The self -lubricating storage system fulfills an essential point for environmental protection. Based on the present report, the following work must be carried out for professional repairs

-Defits of all components and repair of corrosion damage

-Crage of the storage stood

-Work on wave and propeller

-Courage and coating work on site at the pump housing of the pump 5

-Instandlation of the closure flap

-Remontage of all components with new seals, storage and connectors

-Remontage of the pump and the engine including trial operation
